It’s Friendship Friday! This is the day to focus on giving back or paying it forward.
Have you ever thought about fostering a child or teen? Have you thought about how they get moved around a bunch and often are packing everything they have in a trash bag? It’s Tutorial Thursday! Today I am creating an elegant, almost all white Christmas card for you. I start with a Thick Whisper White Card Base. Then I cut a mat out of the Watercolor Paper and a reindeer from the dies in Whisper White Card Stock. I use the Aqua Painter to create the watercolor wash and then add a bit of glitz to it with the Wink of Stella. I also wash the deer in Wink of Stella. And then, the final touch, is to add some of the Frosted Epoxy Drops.

It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to focus on resting and re-charging. We talk a bunch about self care on this day, but have you ever thought that getting dirty might be what you need? Grab a few plants from the local nursery and get some dirt under those nails.
Recently I have read a few articles that talk about feeling disconnected or out of sync. One of the common suggestions is to either walk barefoot to ground yourself or to dig in a garden to connect with the earth.
So maybe what you need is to plant some roses and then take some time to smell them later.
