When ordering through the catalog all items can be exchanged or returned if they are unused and in their original packaging within 90 days of the shipping date.
Shipping for crafting supplies is 11% or $7.95, whichever is greater.
For custom orders all products can be returned within 30 days of ship date if unused and still in original packaging.
Shipping on custom orders is a flat rate of $6.95.
