It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to focus on rest and re-charging. We often talk about resting which in my mind means to get some extra sleep. While this is a good thing you also have to remember to unpack your mind. Your mental well-being is as important as your physical. Often your mental can be more important as it impacts your physical well-being also.
Unpacking your mind could mean you go to the gym, go for a walk, just stare at a wall and do nothing, meditate, yoga, yell, and much more. This list is left to your imagination. Pick whatever works for you so that you keep your sanity and well-being.
