Faux Bokeh Card

It’s Tutorial Thursday!  Happy Thanksgiving!  Today’s technique requires a bunch of water and drying time.  It comes out different every time.  You will need aqua painters, some ink, dies, and a stamp for this. Creating something lifelike.
