It’s Tutorial Thursday! The easiest way to create a 3D stencil is to grab your white or black (depends if the paper is light or dark), create a stencil with dies or punches, grab some ink, and a sponge. Sponge your neutral color first and then shift and sponge your color second. This will createContinue reading “3D Stenciling”

Anything plastic can hold your stamps.
It’s Wacky Wednesday where a product is used in a way it is not intended! In this case it is not a product being used in a way it is not intended but a lack of product. Imagine that you have gone on vacation and packed all your clothes, toothbrush, and a couple of projectsContinue reading “Anything plastic can hold your stamps.”
Make a stencil with card stock.
It’s Technique Tuesday! I am going to encourage you to create a stencil today. No, they are not in the catalog any longer. They haven’t been for a few years except for the ones with the embossing paste. But they are easy to make. Take a piece of card stock and punch (or die cut)Continue reading “Make a stencil with card stock.”

Resting by driving.
It’s Sabbath Sunday! I know most of you are confused by the headline. I am too. I know driving is not resting, but it’s important. So, as long as the weather holds out, I will be driving for the grand opening of a good friend’s first salon and boutique. Sometimes it’s not practical, but ifContinue reading “Resting by driving.”
Second Release of Sale-A-Bration!
It’s Sale Saturday! Sale-A-Bration is about halfway done or there is half more to go (depending on your perspective). Just yesterday was the second release for Sale-A-Bration. What does this mean? It means you have more free products to choose from. 🙂 Here’s the link to see what’s available…https://www.stampinup.com/ecweb/category/10100/sale-a-bration. If that’s not enough, be watchingContinue reading “Second Release of Sale-A-Bration!”
Give back to those closest to you.
It’s Friendship Friday! This is the day we focus on giving back or paying it forward. I want to do a gentle reminder to love on those closest to us. Sometimes we look outward to help and come home to be grumbly, tired, and worn out. Every once in a while make sure you areContinue reading “Give back to those closest to you.”
A new YouTube channel.
It’s Tutorial Thursday! I figured since it was Valentine’s Day instead of giving you another project to do I would introduce you to a new YouTube channel. Now I have my channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTZYaEvaoc_I5-cQKvZuN5Q but there are many others. So I figured I would introduce you to the Stampin’ Up! channel. This particular project is reallyContinue reading “A new YouTube channel.”
Heat tool for a motorcycle.
It’s Wacky Wednesday where a product is used in a way it is not intended! Did you know that you could use the heat tool to help nuts and bolts release? Blast the stuck part with the heat tool for about two minutes (don’t touch) and then unscrew. The heat will allow the bolt toContinue reading “Heat tool for a motorcycle.”
Zig zags.
It’s Technique Tuesday! When creating a zig zag card make sure your scores are going the opposite direction. So when you score the second line flip the card stock over first. That way you can bend the card stock opposite without cracking. By folding it opposite this will create the zig zag. Happy Crafting! WithContinue reading “Zig zags.”
