It’s Friendship Friday! This is the day to focus on giving back or paying it forward.
Well…the holidays are over. Some of you are bummed that it is all over and others are breathing a sigh of relief. Family, friends, and tons of extra events can be lots of fun. But they can also take a toll mentally and physically.
Here are some tips to keep your sanity during the holidays (and after to recover from them).
- Set aside time for yourself.
- Keep a regular sleep and exercise schedule.
- Set boundaries.
- Spend time with supportive people.
