Have you ever searched or googled the word “rest”?  One dictionary site defines rest as the refreshing quiet or repose of sleep.  Another says it is a bodily state characterized by minimal functional and metabolic activities.  If you click into the images section you find several images…a rest stop sign, someone sleeping, and some pretty powerful quotes. Continue reading “Defining rest.”
