It’s Wacky Wednesday where a product is used in a way it is not intended!

Today’s post goes a little against the grain of what it is supposed to be. In fact today’s post is simply about using a kit.

When I am not feeling very creative I have started reaching for a kit. The thinking is done for me and it will usually give me enough creative motivation that I get going again.

So here’s this month’s Paper Pumpkin Kit.

You can subscribe to get this monthly kit, ask for a pre-paid code, you can ask me to add on to my own order so you don’t get emailed from Paper Pumpkin at all, or you can buy the extra sets I get.

Perception vs. Reality

It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to rest so you can be recharged for the week.

Have you ever had a moment that upset you because it wasn’t as it seemed? I know many times when I am upset it is because what I thought should go a certain way ends up happening differently. And my frustration would build as more time passed and the gap between my perception and reality was still there. So I learn to train my brain to be happy with the results instead of what I think it should be.

This process is not easy and has taken me quite a while to be okay with. I would say not until the last few years has this really happened for me. I had many years of feeling restless and annoyed simply because I thought things should be different.

Add Gilded Leafing

It’s Wacky Wednesday where a product is used in a way it is not intended!

Have you ever had that one pattern of Designer Series Paper that was too plain for you? Take a Multipurpose Glue and put some glue sparingly on the paper. Then add the Gilded Leafing to add some flair to that boring page.

No Ragged Edges

It’s Technique Tuesday! Today I want to show you how a really good set of Designer Series Papers will do all of the talking for you. Sometimes you don’t even need to stamp. But when making your paper the focal point make sure your blades are sharp. You don’t want to have ragged edges.
