So grateful to be still.

It’s Sabbath Sunday!  In the last few days Joel (hubbie) and I have had some pretty big events.

Joel coordinated the first ever Tuba Christmas for our area.  There were about 20 players, merchandise, registration, spectators, and volunteers.  It was a great night for music with perfect weather (55 degrees and virtually no wind).  Congratulations to your first of many events.

Yesterday I was at the Yucca Valley Community Center for the Holiday Craft Faire.  It was one of the biggest fairs I have attended for quite some time.  There were pictures with Santa, candy canes, snow to be played in, and crafters galore.  It was steady people all day long and a great event.

But now I sit here with my feet up in my pajamas and I am so grateful to be still.  It feels so good to be still (at least for a little while).  I have a craft room to clean up and inventory to be taken before tomorrow.  But for now, I am still.  I get to enjoy my tea (no coffee for me) in peace.

What is your activity you enjoy doing before everyone gets up and your world starts moving?

Happy Crafting!

Career fair and baby shower expo

Yes, you heard me right.  I will be at the Career Exploration Day on Friday.  If your teenager or someone you know attends Twentynine Palms High School have them stop by and say hello.

I am also vending at a Baby Shower Expo at the Joshua Tree Community Center next Saturday.  Here is the flyer.

I will have giveaways and a drawing for a gift certificate.  If you are not in the market for a baby expo please share with someone that might need some extra love.

If you would like to place an order please use host code YC9FRZCQ through 9 pm tonight.  This is to help Serina.  If you prefer to order in person please contact me.
