It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to rest so you can be recharged for the week.
For me the best way to rest is to sleep in.
The second best way to rest is to have a slow morning.
And the third best way is to have some self care by going to work out. At the gym I can put my ear buds in and tune everyone else out. Lately since I have been more consistent in my moving it is not such a dreaded event. I am finding that less and less hurts. Since I can move more I feel less frustrated.
