No Guilt in Resting

It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to rest so you can be recharged for the week!

I don’t know how many times I have tried to rest and end up feeling guilty about it. And I had to look down deep to find out why. Most often when I feel guilt or anxiety for resting it’s because I don’t feel that I finished the job well. I either rushed through it or procrastinated so long that I had to hurry to finish.

But when I do my best and put the work in I don’t feel guilty. I am at peace and I can truly peacefully rest.

Have you found this to be true?

Happy Crafting!
