It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to rest or re-charge. Weren’t we just here? It seems like the weeks keep going faster and faster. So what do you do to rest or change up your routine?
Since I don’t have customer service hours today I am in the studio. I have all the printed project ideas on the floor and I am figuring out what we are creating for next month’s Card Class. Does this sound like fun to you? I love this stage of planning. My least favorite is all the cutting. And my most favorite is seeing it all come together with you at class.
It’s Sale Saturday! The last week or so of Sale-A-Bration is upon us. Don’t wait because it will be gone before you know it. Also, if you haven’t heard there is a birthday promotion going on until Monday. Check out yesterday’s post if you aren’t sure what I’m talking about. And to tie things up the virtual kit class is up also. There is lots going on so if you need more details or have questions just contact me. There is no stupid question. Honest.
It’s Sabbath Sunday and it is time to rest. Tara, my daughter, has had a friend over this weekend. Joel, my husband, has had jobs. I vended at the Farmers’ Market and then held a class last night. I love what I do, but I have to say that I am looking forward to having a slower day (at least I hope so). So hopefully there is not a ton of cooking or cleaning to do because I want to put my feet up and look through pinterest.
What do you do to relax and say you’ve done nothing all day?
It’s Management Monday! There is plenty going on at the Red Door.
This Saturday the 19th is a Valentine’s Favors Class. If you have not received the invitation please let me know. They went out this weekend.
On the 26th is the Farmers’ Market. Stop by the market and pick up some fresh produce and a greeting card or favor for Valentine’s Day. I will be there at the park (across from AM/PM) in 29 Palms from 8-1.
Also on the 26th is the Organization Class. Come on out on Saturday, January 26 from 4-7:30 pm! We will be creating several accent pieces for cards so you can get organized for the new year. Cost is $20 and you will create 6 card bases with backgrounds with a coordinating “sticker” sheet of multiple and varying sentiments. Please remember no kids, no hubbies, and no mess to clean up. Please contact me to reserve your seat and for me to cut for you no later than Wednesday, January 23rd at 7:30 pm. See you on the 26th!
If you would like to place an order online please use host code ZKCAKSPB to help Jodi. If you prefer to place your order in person please contact me. The host code for Jodi will be good until Monday at 7:30 pm.
This week Serina is hosting the Perennial Birthday Box kit class on Saturday from 10-2. She will be bringing lunch and it is sure to be yummy. I have ordered one extra box so if you haven’t decided yet you still have one more chance to attend. Cost of the class is $35 and includes the box, 16 cards, and lunch. Let me know that you are coming!
I hope by now you have found the President’s Day promotion. If you haven’t, check posts or emails from 6 am. I posted here, facebook, and via email. This promotion through me is good through midnight.
Just a reminder that there will be drop in times today.
It’s Monday again. I look forward to Mondays as they are a new start to the week. For me it’s all about perspective. That’s it. If I think it will be bad, it probably will be. So, here are the opportunities to get your creative mojo going.
