Back to the Market!

For those of you that know…I’ve been out of the 29 Palms Farmers’ Market for nine months now. After breaking my arm, it was impossible to lift and set up for the Market. So, I left and sat and recovered.

Well, it’s been nine months, and I can now lift again! I might be a little crooked and definitely not back to where I was, but I am functioning again.

So, I will be back once a month for the first Saturday that features Small Businesses. My first day back is September 7th! If you are in the area I’d love to see you.

Filled with Cheer

Do you feel like you are melting? Me too. I know it’s summer but it’s a bit warm. So I thought I would create something to reflect the mood.

I took the Filled with Cheer Stamp Set and took it apart…figuratively. I’ll explain. My saying is to look at every product you have upside down, backwards, and sideways so you get the most out of everything. Instead of making something else I only used part of it.

I did this by using the Stampin’ Write Markers (circular barrel) and coloring the portion of the stamp I wanted to create with. Simply huff on the image like you would when cleaning your glasses and the image comes back to life since the moisture in your breath revives the water-based ink.
