Stamp Off First

It’s Technique Tuesday! Today is more of a tip than a technique.

When you are stamping a bunch stamp off. Let me explain. You are stamping a bunch which means you are cleaning a bunch. To keep that Stampin’ Scrub as clean as can be for as long as can be stamp off.

Ink your stamp. Then stamp your card stock. Now instead of going directly to clean your stamp, stamp off. Take your Grid Paper and stamp off until there is minimal ink. Now go and clean your stamp with the Stampin’ Scrub and Stampin’ Mist. This will help you to not have as much ink on your scrubber pad which means you can create longer without having to rinse your pad.

When it is time to clean your pad just rinse in warm water and then let dry. For a deep clean take a drop of Dawn dish soap on both sides and scrub with an old (but clean) toothbrush. Wash until no ink or cleaner is left. Then let air dry.

Happy Crafting!

With inky fingers,

Joni 🙂
