It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to rest and recharge.

Do you rest or do you collapse because you need the time off and haven’t allowed yourself a minute to recoup? Instead, try this.

Create a minute to recover or do something different from your routine.

Discover new things to do to expand your mind and maybe your body.
