Have you ever noticed that usually a photo of someone resting has their shoes off or that they are barefoot? There’s a reason for this. It’s called “earthing”.
Earthing is when you connect directly to the earth to re-balance your electrical balance within yourself and with your surrounding environment. You can do this by walking barefoot.
