Simplify to rest.

It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to focus on resting and recharging!

I was plugging my phone in the other day and it hit me. In order to get back up to full capacity you have to plug in. You have to find what is important and go back to it.

For me it is remembering my priorities and making sure that they are written in to my calendar at least once a week. Take the time to block off your priority so you have time. Otherwise everything will always take precedence and there will be no time to fill your own cup. Life will become scattered and frenzied.

So take some time with what is important. Don’t feel guilty about saying no because for someone else that is a yes. That someone else might be yourself and that is needed.
