It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to focus on resting or re-charging. Have you ever googled the word rest? Many of the images that come up are out in the country or in a hammock. The one thing in common is that everyone is staring into open space.
Rest is often a reset. Change your surroundings and allow yourself to escape the overwhelm. Go for a walk. Dip your toes in the ocean. Take a minute and re-group.
It’s Sale Saturday! There are a couple of things I would like to mention for you.
Bonus Days have begun! For every $50 in product you spend in July you will get a $5 coupon to be used in August.
On top of Bonus Days I am also holding a personal promotion. If you order $50 or more in product from now until Monday at 7:30 pm you will get a bonus pack of red rhinestones for FREE! Only one pack per order.
If you would like to order online please go to http://www.jonidaniel.stampinup.net and click on shop now. Please use host code ZMT3PFTM to qualify. You will be helping me to re-stock the rewards basket.
It’s Friendship Friday! This is the day to focus on giving back or paying it forward. Have you realized that it’s not the big things that break you? It’s usually the littlest thing that drives you to your knees. And, on the upside, it’s the littlest thing that can bring you up out of your pit.
Lately I have been feeling a bit overwhelmed. Too much to do and not enough time. You know how this goes, right? One day, especially, I had decided that it was just too much. I was on the verge of giving up.
Just at that moment Joel (hubby) walks in and sees my head on the table. He doesn’t ask what’s wrong. He just asks me to stand up and then he precedes to envelope me with a huge bear hug. When he doesn’t stop after about a minute I ask him what he’s doing. He simply says, “I am holding you until all your pieces are back together again”.
Who is your rock or person that knows you well enough to just hold you? Maybe it’s not a hug, but it’s a note or a clean house or…
We all need someone to put us back together again.
It’s Tutorial Thursday! Usually I would have a project up for you but instead I figured I would reiterate my personal promotion!
To celebrate the 4th… for every order that is $50 or more in product placed from now until Monday evening at 7:30 pm I will throw in a pack of red rhinestones for FREE! If you choose to order online please use host code ZMT3PFTM to qualify.
Limit of one pack of rhinestones per order.
Remember for every $50 spent in July you will get a $5 coupon to be used in August.
With inky fingers,
P.S. I will be back to a regular schedule tomorrow. Enjoy your holiday!
It’s Technique Tuesday! Today is the day that we look past the catalog and figure things out. The catalog says that the Floral Essence stamp set coordinates with the Perennial Flower Punch. But what about the Leaf Punch?
Don’t always take our word for it. Make sure to look and see for yourself. Many times products will coordinate that aren’t listed. What have you found to work together that is not talked about?
It’s Management Monday! Bonus Days have begun! For every $50 you purchase in product in July you will get a $5 coupon to be used in August. A 10% return on your purchase is better than most days on the stock market.
To shop online please use host code 27Q9DFNA to help Betty. This code will be good until Monday at 7:30 pm. If you prefer to order in person please contact me or drop by on Monday during Open Time (10:30-12:30 or 5:30-7:30).
Open Times are happening today at the Studio!
I will be closed for the 4th.
Just a reminder that my office hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:30 am – 7 :30 pm. I am closed on Sunday. You can contact me at any time, but I will respond during these hours.
It’s Sabbath Sunday! Today’s your day to break out of your routine. So what are your plans today? For me, I slept in a little and then will be going to Drum Corps International (DCI) this afternoon. I will be watching the professionals with their shows and their drums and…This translates to me getting some great kettle corn and a snow cone. My daughter and hubby (the musicians) will enjoy it and I will enjoy people watching and the snacks.
Do you more times than not have no idea what you want to do? Does the summer seem to slip away? Then have a bucket list. Brainstorm and have a few things you want to do. That way when you don’t have a clue you can pull from the bucket. Time will slip away regardless but it will feel hopeless if you don’t take advantage of it. Don’t let it pass you by.
