It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to focus on resting to recharge for the week.
Sometimes you don’t realize how hard you are pushing until you have gone too far. This is true with almost everything. If you read too long your eyes hurt. If you run too far your legs cramp. If you don’t listen to your body and know when to take a break you might end up needing a longer break to recover instead of rest.
