It’s Technique Tuesday! If you want to create something that has light coming from it, like a sun or moon, I would encourage you to start with a white piece of card stock. The white undertone will give you that shine that you are looking for. Then take a sponge or sponge dauber and color. The swirls of the ink will give the light source a more natural glow.
