Steam punk card.

It’s Tutorial Thursday! Today is the day we take an alternative look to embossing. For this project you will want to have multiple colors of embossing powders and/or papers. The silver foil paper, copper embossing powder, and clear embossing powder were used. For a video on how this is done please go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-R2dJF-AHO8. Where a line can make a difference.

It’s Wacky Wednesday where a product is used in a way it is not intended! Did you ever notice the line on the newer embossing folders? This is so you can line up your card stock and make it straight. If you have older folders you might consider grabbing a sharpie and a ruler. ThisContinue reading “Where a line can make a difference.”

Dimensionals as a square.

It’s Wacky Wednesday where a product is used in a way it is not intended! Have you put your stamps on a block and not been able to get them straight? Then use a square. Using negative space.

It’s Technique Tuesday! Today is the day I want you to think about using negative space. Negative space is when you cut something away and not keep adding more layers.
