Embossing can be done on so much more than cards. If you use a little bit of starch or hairspray you can emboss into fabric. Today’s project is embossing into a bag. With the border embossing folders it makes it easy to emboss almost anywhere.
So grab a bag and emboss away.
Here’s a couple of tips.
- Make sure the folder is straight and down as far as it can go. This prevents a line or a lack of print.
- Make sure to take the adapter plate out. The big shot sandwich should be the base plate, cutting plate (clear), bag with embossing folder, and cutting plate on top.
- If the bag has cracks in it where it was embossed try putting the adapter plate back in and taking a cutting plate away. You might need a few pieces of cardstock. Every big shot is different.
Happy Crafting!
