It’s Friendship Friday! This is the day to focus on giving back or paying it forward. It has been brought to my attention that one of our local places that gives so much back during Christmas (and the rest of the year too) has been hit hard with some changes recently.
Food For Life is accepting donations for toys for the kids. This year Toys for Tots is NOT donating toys to any local non-profits. Therefore any donation of toys would be most welcomed. I am most happy to collect and then deliver so please contact me.
If you know a family that is in need of Christmas toys, please have them call Reach Out Morongo Basin to sign up for one (760-361-1410). The toy will be picked up at the Christmas meal. The first 300 names will be getting toys.
Food For Life will be serving Christmas dinner at Palms Baptist Church on Adobe Road from 3-5 on Saturday, December 22. I am sure they can use all the help you are willing to give so please contact me.
