It’s Management Monday! Here’s what’s happening this week!
I am holding Open Day sessions. Come if you are working on a project, have questions about a product, pick up your new Mini Catalog and Sale-A-Bration Brochure, or simply want to say hello.
On Friday I will be at a new craft fair called Bazaart Nights from 6-10! Come see different artists and crafters.
Saturday is my 15th Stamp-a-Versary party! Come on out!
Deal of the Month is happening through today! To read about the Deal of the Month please go to https://stampingwithjoni.wordpress.com/rewards/. (For next month’s deal please check back on Monday, August 2.)
It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to rest so you can be recharged for the week.
I was reading about several different things and came across this article, 7 Ways to Give Your Mind a Rest. Now most of the points were common sense but it was a great reminder. The one point that stuck out to me was to say no.
The article states that when you feel you are getting close to your breaking point to say no to things so you can come back. I would add to learn to set your priorities and boundaries so you know what to say no to before that point.
It’s Friendship Friday! This is the day to focus on giving back or paying it forward.
I don’t know about you but when I get a goal in mind I go for it. Sometimes going for it means I don’t keep balance where I should. Sometimes that means I get so focused on results that I forget about being present. I forget to smile or to enjoy the journey.
Do you ever get hyper focused and lose yourself a bit in the process?
Just a little reminder for you and me to come up for air and be present. Sometimes the best thing you can do is share a smile and an encouraging word with someone.
It’s Tutorial Thursday! Today I want to show you how to use our new products! The snowman and snowflakes are from our new Mini Catalog.
The entire reason I bought this bundle is because of the embossing snowflakes. Yes, the entire reason. I thought it was so different than the usual folder or dies. I love the fact that they are not mounted within a frame so there is so much flexibility in placing them.
Now don’t get me wrong, I like the snowman and trees also. But the snowflakes sold it for me.
Well, enough of me going on about snowflakes while it is over 100 degrees outside. Here’s the card to create.
For further instructions please watch the video, https://youtu.be/x4jF0xpOLtA. If you watch before Tuesday, July 27 please leave a comment and I will email you the instructions.
It’s Wacky Wednesday where a product is used in a way it is not intended!
Today I am using my leftovers from cutting out a snowman from the new Snow Time Dies. I then embossed him with the Wintry 3D Embossing Folder. Before you toss your remnants make sure to look and see if they can be stashed for an accent on a project later.
Happy Crafting!
With inky fingers,
Joni 🙂
P.S. Join me tonight on the Live to learn more about this snowman.
It’s Technique Tuesday! Today I want to show you how to keep room for a sentiment.
You can use a regular post-it, but I prefer the ones that are sticky from top to bottom. This makes it so you don’t have to hold it down or worry about ink getting underneath of it. Then you stamp around it, take it off, and then stamp your sentiment.
I know this sounds simple but the simple things make life easier.

Sometimes I have tons of tips or how to get organized. But, for today, I am simply embracing doing nothing. You heard me…nothing. You need to realize when you’ve been busy and give your mind time to catch up. So for today I may watch a movie or get some take out. Just keeping it simple.
