Rest is Productive

It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to rest so you can be recharged for the week.

Often I have heard rest only happen when it is absolutely necessary, and often, frankly, too late. Please don’t wait to rest. Block time to rest so you can be recharged especially with those you love.
