It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to focus on resting so you can be recharged for the week.
I know for many of my teacher friends, parents, and kids this is an exhausting time of year. The school year is almost over but still needs to be finished. Grades still need to be turned in and classes still need to be attended.
This list of ways to recharge your mind were helpful and hopefully they will be to you as well.
- Take a bath.
- Get more sleep.
- Nap.
- Exercise.
