It’s Tutorial Thursday! Today I want to show you how to create this pop up graduation card complete with tassel and envelope. For the card you will need:
- Basic Black Card Stock cut with the Paper Trimmer to 11″X5 ½” and on the 11″ side scored at 5 ½ and 8 ¼. For the rest of the cuts and scoring please follow the diagram below.
- You will need two pieces of Basic Black Card Stock cut with the Paper Trimmer to 4″X4″.
- Keep the scraps of black card stock so you can cut two 1″ circles.
- You will need to know your school colors at this point. For 29 Palms High School Wildcats the color is white, black, and an almost emerald green. I chose Shaded Spruce. Cut two squares at 5 1/4″ with the Trimmer. For further cuts please follow the diagram. You will also need a strip at 5 1/4″ X 1 1/4″.
- Take a piece of Basic White Card Stock and cut two pieces to 5″ squares. Follow the diagram. You will also need one strip at 5″ X 1″.
- For the words I used Peaceful Moments.
- You will also need Black Twine, a brad, Take Your Pick Tool, and Shaded Spruce Ink.
