It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to rest so you can be recharged for the week.
Lately I have found so many articles on how to reset your mental health. I firmly believe that the year plus of lockdowns has left many feeling disconnected from life itself. This article was different in the sense that it broke down not only how to reset but also how to listen to how your body is doing. Here are some of my favorite points.
- Find your calm. Take some time to be alone.
- Notice how you are feeling.
- Journal.
- Take a technology detox.
- Move your body.
There are several others to read about, but those were the big ones for me. Now I am getting off of here for less time on technology.
