Delicate Daffodil Bag

It’s Tutorial Thursday! Today I am going to show you how to create this delicate daffodil bag. It’s not a die but simply a sheet of card stock.

The supplies you will need are as follows:

  • Thick Basic White Card Stock
  • Basic White Card Stock
  • Blending Brush
  • Blender Pen
  • Mango Melody
  • Daffodil Daydream Bundle
  • 1/4″ Gold Shimmer Ribbon
  • Paper Trimmer
  • Double Oval Punch
  • Tear & Tape Adhesive
  • Dimensionals (regular and mini)
  1. For the outer bag cut with the Paper Trimmer the Thick Basic White Card Stock to 4 1/4″ X 11″. On the 11″ side score at 4 1/2″ and at 6 1/2″. Punch out the handle with the Double Oval Punch.
  2. The front and back panels are Basic White Card Stock cut to 4″ X 2 3/4″. You will need two of these. Use the Blending Brush to make yellow.
  3. The sides or insert for the bag are Basic White Card Stock cut to 3″ X 3 1/4″. Score on three sides at 1/2″. Do not score the top. Cut the corners out and place Tear & Tape on all three tabs or sides and bottom. Attach to bag.
  4. Stamp daffodil, butterfly, and sentiment in Mango Melody. Use Blender Pen to color. Attach with Dimensionals.
  5. Tie ribbon to finish.
