How to relax your mind.

It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to focus on resting so you can be recharged for the week.

Imagine yourself about ready to head off to bed. You’ve been going all day and the chores seem to be never ending. You are exhausted and your hair just begins to hit the pillow. Immediately your mind is flooded with everything you forgot to do and still need to get accomplished. I don’t know about you but this is typical for me a few nights a week. So how do you slow down or relax your mind so you can rest?

Here are a few tips that might help both of us.

  • Get in a quiet place.
  • Take a few deep breaths.
  • After a few breaths then take an “inventory” of sorts by paying attention to where you have tight muscles. This is where you hold your stress. Next time you stretch you know where to focus.
