Hearts are not just for Valentine’s Day!

It’s Technique Tuesday! I want to remind you that hearts are not just for Valentine’s Day!

Today I am simply folding the hearts in half and layering them to create a bit of a flower. The Flowering Fields 12″ X 12″ Designer Series Paper is being used here along with the plain heart from the Heart Punch Pack. You can either score the hearts in half or simply fold them. Make sure to fold them with the pattern you want seen on the outside. I used Stampin’ Seal to attach the petals. For the center I punched out a circle with a retired 1/2″ circle punch. I did, however, have a Stampin’ Dimensional on the circle and a Mini Dimensional on the half that will attach to the lower part of the flower.
