It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to focus on resting so you can be recharged for the week.
So you are sitting and trying to deal with the next problem that just slid across your desk. This could be at work or at home. And in some cases, work and home could be the same place. Just looking at this conundrum makes your neck start to tighten. Of course this problem needs to be solved in no time with probably even less of a commitment of resources.
Instead of getting stressed out here are a few tips to help bring you back into balance.
- Go for a short walk.
- Breathe.
- Turn off your phone.
- Walk away from the screen and all of the messages.
- Eat a little something sweet.
- Craft!
