It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to rest so you can be recharged for the week.
In order to rest you have to be at peace. Here are three things you can do to be at peace.
- Take a walk.
- Practice meditation or prayer. Meditation can be anything you focus on that brings you joy. So go paint, craft, read, etc.
- Create more time by saying no.
