It’s Sabbath Sunday! This is the day to rest to get recharged for the week.

I have been reading how staying in your routine too long and it being the same will get you in a rut. Instead you are supposed to disrupt yourself by breaking up your routine. This article explains to do these things for 30 days to give yourself a fresh start if you feel like you are in a rut.

  • Say no to negativity.
  • Take a break from social media.
  • Smile at a stranger.
  • Ditch the sweet tooth.
  • Walk on the edge.
  • Disconnect.
  • Make an exotic homemade dinner.
  • Watch a silent movie.
  • Listen to new music.
  • Lunch in a new setting.
  • Try a new hobby.
  • Breakfast for dinner.
  • Visit a museum.
  • Do a random act of kindness.
  • Get lost.
  • Do one thing you love.
  • Leave a bigger tip.
  • Spend a day on your own.
  • Go no caffeine.
  • Go on a microadventure.
  • Read a book in one day.
  • Set goals for the year.
  • Find a new café.
  • Get on a Wikipedia chain.
  • Join a MeetUp.
  • Be bold.
  • Experience virtual reality.
  • Brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand.
  • Work different hours.
  • Go to a conference.
