Using more than one color.

It’s Technique Tuesday! Today I want to show you up close how to stamp a tree with multiple colors.

First you will need the Beauty of Friendship Photpolymer Stamp Set. (Make sure your two tree tops are different. I had a defective set where they were both the same.) Then you will need three colors…one for the trunk and two for the changing autumn leaves. For the sample Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze Inks were used.

When layering inks give the image about 30 seconds to try before stamping the next one. This will ensure that the colors layer and not mix.

This image is zoomed in so you can see the layers.

Happy Crafting!

With inky fingers,

Joni 🙂
