Looking like fall.

It’s Technique Tuesday! I know it’s still a million degrees outside but I have hope that the Fall season is coming. Maybe to bring it a bit sooner we can all create projects with an autumn theme.

Today’s technique is how to directly watercolor on to a block or stamp. In this case I used the stamps from Beauty of Friendship. I first stamped in Mossy Meadow Ink and then tapped the edges in Cajun Craze Ink. Next I filled the barrel of my Stampin’ Spritzer with water and sprayed the stamp just until I saw the ink start to bubble. Then I stamped it on my card stock to create a beautifully colored autumn tree.

If you give this technique a try please don’t hesitate to post your creations on the Facebook page, https://facebook.com/StampingWithJoni.

Happy Crafting!

With inky fingers,

Joni 🙂
